Does this person sound like you?
- Great at numbers
- Great at managing their time and completes work on time consistently
- Knows how to use QuickBooks, or can learn to use it quickly with no hand-holding
- Has at least 3 years’ experience in a payroll or accounting environment
- Is honest, open, and can work positively and efficiently with other people in their team

In your job as our Payroll/Accounting Clerk, these are your responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for maintaining our monthly payroll cycle for employees.
- This includes preparing and distributing payroll and follow-ups, and assisting our Accounting Officer with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable related duties.
