We want to provide certain benefits to customers that support our business and give the word out about our services through our customer loyalty program. It is a point-based program in which customers accumulate points through a variety of ways. The most important aspect of our customer loyalty program is the right to a awesome cash back value off future jobs

Benefits of Card

  • Every $100 spent earns 1 Point and a Cashback value $1.00 Off future jobs.
  • Points can be accumulated and used for future purchases within a 24 month period.
  • No physical monetary value is given to Card Holder, Only the monetary value will be deducted from future requests.

Terms and Conditions of the Pilot Loyalty Card

Pilot Loyalty Card is issued by Pilot Management Services Ltd., and your acceptance and use of the Pilot Loyalty Card is subject to the Terms & Conditions below.

Please read the Terms and Conditions as using your Pilot Loyalty Card to collect and redeem points or benefit from offers and promotions, you are agreeing to them

  • Pilot’s Loyalty Card is a program exclusive to the Pilot Management Services Ltd., all  Pilot’s Loyalty Cards are the property of Pilot .
  • The benefits of the Pilot’s Loyalty Card Program are available exclusively to registered Cardholders.
  • Pilot shall not be responsible for any incident or loss of Cards, a replacement fee of $30 will be charge for new card.
  • Pilot  may change the Pilot’s Loyalty Card rules, stipulations, special offers and /or rewards of the program without notice at any time during the duration of the program. 
  • Each Pilot’s Loyalty Card holder agrees to take advantage of added value savings within the allotted time frames for redemption published by Pilot from time to time. Points are awarded only for goods and services actually supplied and paid for.
  • Pilot has the right at its sole discretion to determine from time to time which products and services qualify for points and the number of points that will be credited for such purchases.
  • Accrued points have a monetary value and can only be redeemed for accumulate value off the service requested. Actual cash is not given.
  • Cardholder undertakes to use his/her Card only for his/her own purchase as well as an additional 5 persons who wishes to request services
  • The  Cardholder may redeem points in the redemption periods published by Pilot Loyalty Card, upon presentation of the Pilot’s Loyalty Card
  • Points will expire within 24 months from the date earned and must be redeemed within that period.
  • Pilot Ltd. does not assumes any responsibility for any system malfunction and/or permanent loss of the database system and points of any Cardholder due to any malicious activities or events beyond their control
  • Pilot  may also modify, suspend or terminate the Pilot’s Loyalty Card loyalty programme or replace it with another programme at any time & will provide notice of any such change to Cardholders.
  • As the operator of the Pilot’s Loyalty Card programme, will ensure the confidentiality and privacy of the information the Cardholder entrusts Pilot.
  • Pilot’s Loyalty Cards Ltd., does not give, rent or sell Cardholder’s lists from the Pilot’s Loyalty Card programme to any organization or individual
